Each event has the potential of attracting attendees from across geographic locations and is approached in a specific fashion. Our teams are strategically positioned in such a way that we can reach out to a global audience working in different time zones & languages. Once we identify the different regions, we would allocate resources accordingly to reach out to maximum target audience.

Approach

Each event is targeted in a specific way. After analysing the target audience, geography & industry we will allocate specific resources with required skillset to work on each target segment. Whether it requires a team to work in a certain global time zone or language we can get it all covered. From our own experience of organising global events across continents and industries, each event and geography have its own distinct approach. As an example, digital approach might work well in Europe but not in certain parts of Africa where we could still get better results through calling approach. Similarly, if you are attracting attendees from the US market a local approach might be much more effective. In a place like China, language could become a barrier. Once we get all these factors together, we believe the chances of filling in more Exhibitor Spaces, getting more companies to Sponsor or simply driving more Delegates Visitors to the events becomes a lot easier.
